Kulwinder Singh, Chief Marketing Officer of Infocepts, the global Data and AI services company, ranked first among 820 sitting chief marketing officers for LinkedIn comment engagement in September 2026. The ranking comes from an analysis published October 2 by Serge Bulaev, founder of Creative Content Crafts, whose system tracks 60,000 B2B authors.
A Ranking Built on Opinions, Not Likes
Bulaev’s team pulled 820 sitting CMOs from its database. It counted one thing: comments each left under other people’s posts from September 1 to 30. Likes were excluded.
The gap was wide. The median CMO in the group left 2 comments in all of September. Singh averaged about four a day. Only 36 of the 820 CMOs crossed 20 comments for the month.
| Rank | CMO | Company | Comments, Sept. 2026 |
| 1 | Kulwinder Singh | Infocepts | 123 |
| 2 | Jessica Jensen | 93 | |
| 3 | Mark Boothe | Domo | 90 |
| 4 | Cailin Yates | DataXstream | 79 |
| 5 | Meghan Mitchell Marks | Axonius | 74 |
A like is applause. A comment is a contribution,” said Kulwinder Singh, Chief Marketing Officer, Infocepts. “LinkedIn is data rich and lots of insights can be drawn to take relevant business decisions, just like most enterprises we serve. I try to fix that one comment at a time. My rule is the same one we use with clients. Before I hit reply, I ask ‘So what?’ If I can’t answer it, I don’t comment.
